HASSLE FREE RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with your FIFTH NYC purchase. But if for any reason you aren’t, we’ll be more than happy for you to return or exchange it for any other FIFTH NYC product within 30 days, as long as it isn’t personalised.
Your FIFTH NYC product must:
- Be returned within 30 days of product receipt
- Be in an unworn state and in original perfect condition
- Be accompanied with all packaging and stickers included and intact
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE
Your return will be processed within three to five days of our team receiving your item. Once a refund is processed it will roughly take roughly 3-5 days to appear back on your card.
HOW LONG DOES AN EXCHANGE TAKE
Once your item is received and presuming the replacement is in stock, we will process your request and ship within 3 working days, standard shipping times apply (please see our shipping section for your region).

Returning your item is really simple.
- Re-package your item
- Email us at sales@fifthnyc.com
- Tell us why you’re returning the product and one of our super efficient staff will provide you with all the necessary details, depending which region you are based in.
FAULTY ITEMS
Should you receive a product that has a fault, or develops one, our team are here to help. Contact our customer support team who will resolve your problems via sales@fifthnyc.com, please be sure to include any order numbers and detailed photos.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must…
- Returns can be made within 30 days from date of receipt.
- Be in the same condition they were received in; this means that your product must be returned with the original packaging, tags and protective stickers intact.
- Have no sign of marks or make-up.
- If the product was purchased as part of an offer with other items or there was a Free Gift you should return both items.
- Closeout sales with discounts of over 50% are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
We cannot accept the following as returns…
- Any jewellery that has been personalised, customer damaged, worn or in a closeout sale are not permitted for return.
- We do not return postage costs.
