Returning Your Order
We want you to be delighted with your FIFTH NYC purchase. But if for any reason you aren’t, we’ll be more than happy for you to return or exchange it for any other FIFTH NYC product within 30 days, as long as it isn’t personalised.
Terms For Returning Products
Your FIFTH NYC product must:
- Be returned within 30 days of product receipt
- Be in an unworn state and in original perfect condition
- Be accompanied with all packaging and stickers included and intact
- If your item was purchased within a bundle deal with added discounts we will refund the amount you paid minus any discounts.
Your return will be processed within five days of our team receiving it. Some payment providers can take an additional few days to process the refund after we’ve sent it.
